Owning a short-term rental shouldn’t mean managing every detail yourself. Our streamlined onboarding transitions your property to professional, hospitality-driven operations—so you can enjoy ownership without the day-to-day demands of hosting.
Share your host and property details for review. We confirm the service scope, operating expenses and support arrangements before you begin. Management is $699 per property per month, billed $1,398 upfront for each two-month period. Cancellation requires 30 days’ written notice, subject to the final service agreement.
Review reservations, existing arrangements and host communication preferences with our team. We gather your property’s check-in, parking, access, Wi-Fi, amenities and checkout details to create its customized digital guest guide.
We document your property’s condition, establish JHM’s housekeeping standards and agree the amenities and inventory approach that works for you. Let us source products and invoice you for them, or maintain your own supplies. Hosts provide a designated lockable supply area, separate from guests and accessible to authorized JHM team members.
We agree your management start date and coordinate the handover around reservations. Your $1,398 per-property management payment covers the upcoming two-month period. Housekeeping labor, cleaning fees, consumables, linen and laundry services, repairs and other third-party expenses are separately identified in your agreement.
Your digital guide and guest communications go live. Our team delivers resort-quality housekeeping, documents readiness and follows your agreed supply arrangement. Deep cleaning, excessive messes, post-party cleaning and specialist work are separate; we report these needs promptly so you can arrange the next steps.
